My e-mail password is not being accepted; I am sure it is correct

  1. Always begin troubleshooting by restarting your computer.
  2. Verify that you can browse several different sites on the Web.
  3. Verify that your incoming (IMAP) server is set to:  mail.abhost.net
  4. Verify that your e-mail password has been correctly entered into your program or device.

If the above did not locate the problem, you (or someone with whom you share an IP address) may have been locked-out for making too many incorrect login attempts. Please wait for half an hour and try again.

Next, check with your domain’s e-mail administrator to verify your password is correct.
