I can receive e-mail, but I cannot send e-mail

  1. Always begin troubleshooting by restarting your computer.
  2. Verify that you can browse several different sites on the Web.
  3. Verify that your outgoing (SMTP) server is set to:  mail.abhost.net
  4. Verify that your outgoing server is set to use port 587 using TLS security.
  5. Verify that you are sending your e-mail password to the outgoing mail server.  This feature is sometimes called ‘server requires authentication’ or authentication password.

 

If, after checking the above, you are still having problems; please ask your domain’s e-mail administrator for help. Only domain e-mail administrators may phone A B Host at +1 360 738-7044 for troubleshooting assistance.
