An electronic message is "Unsolicited Bulk E-mail" (UBE) if:

1.  the recipients's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other recipients (bulk);

AND

2.  the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and revocable permission for it to be sent (unsolicited).


A B Host's terms and conditions and acceptable use policy prohibit the sending of Unsolicited Bulk E-mail.
