Someone is sending spam using my domain name, help!

You may want to check out the Sender Protection Framework to protect your domain name. There is no charge for this. You just have to add some entries to your DNS. For more information please see http://www.openspf.org/Introduction or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework
