Question: When I logon to cPanel and try to creat new email accounts, an error message pops up that says "Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts."I havent created any email accounts so i dont know why its giving me this error message?
Answer: Your e-mail is not provided by your cpanel hosting account. Your e-mail is hostedon another system. The legacy e-mail server in your cpanel has been disabled.
