If you forgot your ‘Email’ password a new password must be issued. A B Host only issues passwords to the 'Account Owner' and registered users of an account. If your ‘Email’ password was issued by your domain's mail administrator, we do not have any way to verify your identity. Without proof of identity we cannot issue you a new password. Please contact your domain's mail administrator directly to replace your password.
