"Business Hosting with PHP4" package revised

The following changes to the "Business Hosting with PHP4" package are now in effect:
- Included bandwidth is now 10,000 MB per month. Existing high bandwith users have been grandfathered at their previous limits.
- This package now includes up to five mailboxes. Existing mailboxes have been grandfathered. We strongly recommend that you check out our newer e-mail offerings with new features and greatly improved spam rejection.
- Add-on domains are no longer offered with this package. Existing add-on domains have been grandfathered. Please see 'parked domains', 'sub domains', or 'domain forwarding' as a replacement for add-on domains.
