Our client support web site, http://accounts.abhost.net, has been upgraded. We hope you find the new verson of our software helpful.
Several changes have been made to the security systems for the 'Client Area'. We now require you to select a security question and provide an answer to that security question. Passwords to your 'Client Area' are now stored using oneway encryption. If you loose your password, it cannot be retrieved. It must be reset (i.e. issue you a new password).
To request a reset to your 'Client Area' password you must be able to answer your security question correctly and still be able to receive e-mail at the address we have on file. If you cannot correctly answer your security question and receive e-mail at the address we have on file, then we must verify your identity and authority to access the account by an exchange of documents. If we have to exchange documents to verify your identity, we will charge a fee for this service.
To protect the security of your client account please click on 'my details' in the 'Client Area' at http://accounts.abhost.net and choose your security question by clicking on 'change security question'. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
